The following policy regarding cancellations:

         -48 hours cancellation: 95% refund;

         -48-24 hour cancellation: gift certificate with 1 year expiration;

         -less than 24 hours: no refund.

         -In the event of inclement weather (based on operator's safety guidelines), a rain check is issued with no expiration date.
